Serenity offers Individual & Group Sessions in Yoga and Breath Therapy.
90 minutes – 8-10 sessions. Sessions are weekly or every other week, depending on your needs and availability. During the first session, we will discuss your concerns and customize a plan specific for your needs. You will be given techniques to practice between sessions to help you rapidly reach your goals.
This is body centered energy therapy, not talk therapy. You do not need to figure anything out. You will practice the breathing techniques and learn to connect to your body, your heart and inner healer. Tibetan singing bowls are used to easily facilitate the flow of energy and deep relaxation.

In this introduction to breathwork you will learn

- A simple breathing technique that you can use every day to release stress and improve your physical, mental, emotional and Spiritual health.
- How suppressed emotions may be causing your pain and how to acknowledge, release and work with your emotions.
- The importance of grounding…how to feel safe and centered no matter what is going on around you.
- How to feel more Joy in your life and open to the possibility of living a healthy vibrant life.
Holitropic Breathwork (4 hours)
For breath clients wanting to continue their personal growth in a supportive group setting. Much of our wounding happens in groups…schools, family, etc. Our greatest healing also happens in groups. We begin with a guided meditation, sharing, and energy release exercise. Each participant will have an intention for healing and then breathe to music (I always love breathing to music). This class is open to students who have taken the Introduction to Breathwork or have prior experience.
Beginners Yoga (60 min.)
If you are new to yoga, this class will teach you how to begin safely while honoring any specific body needs. This is a gentle class, for learning proper body alignment, breath awareness and relaxation techniques. Each pose will be demonstrated and explained how it can help you. Students need to be able to move from the floor to standing easily.
Serenity Yoga Class (90 min.)
For Higher Awareness and conscious relaxation. Gentle, meditation style of yoga. This class will leave you feeling centered, relaxed, and peaceful in the Present Moment.
Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy (75 min.)
Move from stress to bliss by being present with what is…moment to moment, deepening self-awareness for personal growth and well-being. Each class has a specific theme, combining yoga and an inner journey of self-discovery, empowerment and transformation. This gentle class involves easy to follow guidance with your eyes closed. As you move, questions are asked and each person answers privately. Time is given at the end of class to journal. No prior yoga experience necessary.
Restorative Yoga and Vibrational Sound Healing (90 min.)
Experience deep relaxation as layers of stress melt away. In this state of relaxation the body is nurtured and healed from within. Poses are done lying on the floor using bolsters to support your body. Breath awareness, warm stones, essential oils, singing bowls and drums complete the process of relaxation and healing. No prior yoga experience is necessary. This class is popular to experience with your own private group and makes a wonderful gift anytime.
Personal Summer Retreat
