Gentle Yoga

Gentle yoga for higher awareness. Practice mindfulness, gentle movements and breath awareness to improve self-awareness, acceptance, confidence and self-love.

This class will also help improve flexibility, balance and strength.

Students need to be able to get on the floor and stand back up on their own. Adjustments will be shown for any limitations in movements, such as students not wanting to be on their knees.

 

This class will be outside when the weather is nice. Please bring your own supplies. Supplies are provided for indoor classes.
