Chair Yoga

Chair yoga for calming the nervous system and releasing stress. Breathing and gentle movements to energize and nourish the body, mind and Spirit. Deep relaxation to the sound of the earth gong. This class will be outdoors in my garage so its easy access with no stairs. This is great for those not wanting to be on their knees or the floor. Light weights will also be used to strengthen the body.

Energy exchange- $40 for 4 weeks.
