Yoga classes are available in person or zoom. 

Sound Healing gong baths can be seen on monthly schedule.

Mon- 10:00-11:15 am. Gentle Yoga- March 2,9,16,23,30. $50.

Tue- 6:00-7:15 pm. Gentle Yoga- March 3,10,17,24,31. $50.

Thurs-10:00-11:15 am. Gentle Yoga- March 5, 12, 19, 26. $40.

Classes are $15 per class, or $10 each if you pay in advance for the month. If you have paid for one monthly class, extra drop in classes are only $10. If you miss a class, you may make it up at another class during the same month. Gong baths- $30. Save $5. if you have ever taken a class at Serenity.
